The National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims was held on Saturday, September 25th, 2010, at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. This was co-hosted by the National Organization Of Parents Of Murdered Children, Inc. and Maryland Crime Victims Resource Center, Inc. It was sponsored by the Office for Victims of Crime.

A Website dedicated to Seeking Justice

This website is to highlight and draw attention to criminal cases, (especially where a life was taken) that have not been prosecuted or even investigated properly or otherwise. So many people are "CRYING OUT FOR JUSTICE!"

This is an effort to have an outlet to reach people that might have the potential to help, example, the media, attorneys, retired or otherwise, law enforcement personnel, former Judges or prosecutors, concerned citizens, or advocacy groups,
hopefully this will be a way to link up cases with merit to the right person willing to voluntarily help.

We are not here to trash anyone, falsely accuse, point fingers indiscriminately or otherwise. All cases considered for publication on this website must be verifiable from credible sources, and will be posted at my discretion.
No promises are made or implied that your case will be prosecuted. This is just a portal to have your story read and looked at by potentially hundreds of people who might be able to help you on a voluntary basis.

Our only objective is to get the case out there on the internet for professionals to review and see if the case was indeed of a criminal nature and warrants further investigation and/or prosecution.

We have the power of our combined voices to appeal for justice for those whose voices have been silenced forever.

WE have the power of our combined voices and efforts to work together to change the laws of our land, and take back our courts that give more rights to the criminals than to the victims!

Our First Highlighted Story

Kyle Holland

April 8, 2005 ~ July 12, 2010

Kyle and his deceased father, Justin                            Nana and Kyle                          A sweet little boy who deserved to live

This story is about a little handicapped boy who was killed by his mother's live in boyfriend's wolf hybid dog.  There are so many twists to this story. Kyle lived in Michigan with his mother. His father was from Tennessee, and died under conflicting conditions when Kyle was only 4 months old. Kyle's father, Justin Holland, had told his mom a few days before he died in Michigan, that he was coming home to Tennessee and bringing Kyle with him. A few days later he is dead in what was first called a homicide, then later changed to a traffic fatality.

Kyle's body was found by his mother some 11 hours after putting him to bed. Kyle's death has been ruled a homicide.  His loving Tennessee family of his father wants answers and justice!!!!!! Please read all the links to Kyle's story and you will understand why we are so infuriated no arrests in this horrific case of child neglect has not been brought against the mother and boyfriend.

Please help this family get Justice!

Thank you for visiting this website. It is our desire to help bring justice to those seeking it by being a voice for those not able to speak for themselves. No crime is faceless, and we want to show the world the faces of the victims. No crime only involves the victim; there are countless others who suffer for the rest of their lives.

If you have a case you would like to submit for consideration to Deserved Justice, you can email  deservedjustice@gmail.com

Please read the disclaimer before submitting a story.

Disclaimer: This website is only a place to make known your story of injustice; we are not affiliated with any law enforcement agency. We make no promise that your case will get any action; this is only a site to publicly publish your story, so others that read it might offer opinions and hopefully some help. There is no charge to submit your story; all I ask is that it is verifiable, true, and not slanderous. Any stories submitted are the sole responsibility of the party submitting it and they vow they are true and own any rights to any photos published, or printed content.

This is a public service website, privately managed, by a concerned citizen for justice.

I reserve the right to accept or refuse any story, and to edit as necessary. All stories will be checked as to truthfulness and credibility.

When you submit a story, please keep it as short and to the detail as possible; also include sources for verification. You must include an active email address and allow it to be published along with your story, any other contact information is at your sole discretion.

My only desire is to see justice served to the deserving victims of crime.

This is not a forum for discussing civil law cases such as bad neighbors, family disputes, etc., or divorces, unless a suspected crime, (murder) with credible evidence,  occurred as a result, and then only that part of the story.
